We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to make a return, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened Buckets of Paint: We will gladly accept returns of unopened buckets of paint within 30 days of the original purchase date. The buckets must be in their original, sealed condition for a full refund.

  2. Unopened Products: We also accept returns of unopened products, such as brushes, rollers, and accessories, within 30 days of the original purchase date. The products must be in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom Tint Orders: Custom tint orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to carefully select colors and quantities before placing a custom tint order.

  2. Opened Buckets of Paint: Once the tab on the bucket of paint has been removed, it is considered opened and cannot be returned. We recommend testing a small area or consulting with our experts before opening the paint.

  3. Products Not in Sellable Condition: We cannot accept returns for products that are not in sellable condition. This includes items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to request a return.

  2. Provide the order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging (if applicable) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Return the package to the address provided or bring it in person . Please note that any return shipping costs or fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 4 business days.
