Bituprime

Bituprime is a product from Shieldcoat that is designed to provide a strong and durable base for Decramastic coatings. This primer enhances the adhesion of the coating to the surface, ensuring a long-lasting and effective finish.

Bituprime is formulated with bitumen meaning it has added anticorrosive properties ideal for rusty toes on decramastc tiles. Bituprime penetrates the surface, filling any gaps and creating a uniform base for the application of the top coat. Sheildcoat Chippy can be applied into wet bituprime bringing life back to tired decramastic tiles. This should then be overcoated with Matt finish Roofbond premium, you can expect durability and longevity out of this coating system.
